Step Aerobics
Ongoing step class which offers plenty of exercise and fat-burning enthusiasm. Instructed by Cindy Bright.
Classes are held Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

Take-A-Hike Club
A program that offers plenty of exercise and outdoor enjoyment. Participants will begin hiking the 1 full-mile nature trail located within Loudon Municipal Park. Trips to special sites will be scheduled at the request of members.

Fee: $5 (plus hiking trips, if applicable)
